Begin preparing your Nutritious Sesame Flax Seed Snaps by creaming together the butter, sugar, egg and vanilla.
Once the mixture is fully creamed, continue by mixing in the flour and the baking powder.
To complete the batter begin to slowly stir in the sesame and flax seeds along with the ground ginger until they are all fully mixed into the batter.
Next, drop teaspoons of the batter onto a baking sheet (to form the snaps), leaving a few inches of space around each snap.
Bake the snaps in the oven for 6-8 minutes at 350 F or until they are light brown in colour.
