Tofu Chocolate Torte is a must for your next dinner party or a Sunday Brunch. The Spas in Canada Team loves this elegant and nutritious tofu dessert.

Tofu Chocolate Torte with Raspberries

Yields8 Servings

Filling
 1 pkg silken tofu
 ¼ cup soy milk
 ¼ cup packed pitted dates
  cup organic cocoa powder
 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
 1 tsp pure vanilla
 ½ tsp orange zest
Crust
 ½ cup unsweetened flaked coconut
 ½ cup ground raw almonds
 ¾ cup spelt flour
 1 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
 2 tbsp coconut oil
 ¼ cup pitted dates

For the crust blend in a food processor the almonds and dates then add the rest of the ingredients and knead until it forms a ball. Press into a 9” round pan and chill.

For the filling blend all ingredients in a processor until smooth and pour into your chilled crust and refrigerate until firm.

Garnish with mint leaf, red berry and serve.
