During your treatment, listen to a unique fusion of rainforest and meditative sounds on an iPod. Or, if you prefer, wear a Hush Pin to indicate to others around you that you are on your own journey and would appreciate silence.

Enjoy a sauna at the spa. All infrared saunas are not the same.
