Sárvár Spa & Wellness Claim

The tranquil atmosphere of the original spa building – expanded with covered and open-air healing pools – remains the centre of healing and recreation. The exclusive Sauna World at this spa resort in Sárvár includes indoor and outdoor Finnish saunas, bio and steam saunas, a Kneipp pool and aroma cabins. Guests can arrange medical wellness and healing treatments along with a wide range of indulgent wellness services. Two different healing waters are recommended for rheumatologic complaints, gynaecological diseases and sports injuries.

Healing water

Two different types of healing water are available. The water with alkaline hydrogen carbonates is suitable for treatment of locomotive disorders, rheumatologic complaints, gynaecological diseases and sport injuries. Important ingredients of the healing water, heated to 83°C, are natrium chloride, hydrogen carbonate, iodine, bromine, flour and several trace elements. From the rich saline water, the famous Sárvár Crystal is produced through the process of evaporation. This salt-abundant medicinal healing water can be used to effectively treat certain ailments and locomotive diseases as well as for dermatology and gynaecology issues. Its effects of relieving abdominal pain, chronic inflammation and gynaecological diseases have been known for decades. Other ailments relieved by the healing water include neurological diseases, muscle cramps, heart diseases, circulation and breathing disorders, incontinence, fever, malignant tumours, diseases which result in severe inflammation, tuberculosis, thrombosis and varicose veins.

The spa offers activities to suit everyone, with a beach pool, wave pool, jumping board, indoor and outdoor adventure pools, giant slides, children’s adventure pools, toddlers’ splash pool, covered swimming pool, fitness room, bowling alley, modern outdoor playground and sports fields. The family centre features a splash pool, children’s pool, Jacuzzi, wave pool, climbing wall and 3 slides, which leave the building and return.
