 1 cup red or green cabbage, chopped
 1 apple, chopped
 1 cup carrot, grated
 1 orange, peeled and chopped
 1 oz sunflower seeds
 ½ cup sprouts (alfalfa or mixed)

Combine cabbage, apple and carrot in a large salad bowl.

Arrange orange, sunflower seeds and sprouts over cabbage mixture and eat promptly.
